Deuel County Housing Assessment has been released!
This is one of Deuel Area Development’s largest projects thus far. Thanks to area employers, we received 428 surveys responses (out of 696 total). 61% return rate… that’s pretty darn good!! In addition, we did a ton of data analysis (thanks to ITC!) and other data analysis based of non-survey sources.
The survey is divided into 9 major sections and include:
- Affordability
- Renters
- Movers
- Infrastructure
- Quality of Life
- Building Permits
- Homes for Sale
- Projections
- Key Learnings
